Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

Name, address, phone, and e-mail information declared during the order.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale of digital services (WordPress hosting, domain registration, web development, maintenance, SSL certificate, etc.) offered by the seller.

ARTICLE 3 — SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS

• 3.1 Service Scope: The package/service selected during the order.
• 3.2 Service Details: Features specified on the relevant service page.
• 3.3 Service Fee: VAT-included price shown in the order summary.

ARTICLE 4 — SERVICE PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY

• Activation within 24 hours of payment confirmation (hosting, domain, SSL).
• Custom development projects: duration determined according to the project plan.
• Activation information is sent via e-mail.

ARTICLE 5 — BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

• Comply with the service terms and conditions.
• Provide accurate information.
• Fulfill payment obligations.
• Use for lawful purposes only.

ARTICLE 6 — SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

• Provide the service in accordance with the contract terms.
• Protect personal data.
• Provide technical support.
• Fulfill information obligations.

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days, provided that the performance of the service has not begun.

7.2 Exceptions (Cases Without Right of Withdrawal)

• If the domain registration process has started (non-refundable per ICANN rules).
• If the hosting account has been created and usage has begun.
• If the SSL certificate has been activated.
• If the work has been delivered in custom development projects.

7.3 Withdrawal Notification

Written notification to [email protected] or KEP address [email protected].

ARTICLE 8 — REFUND CONDITIONS

• When the right of withdrawal is used, payment refund is made within 14 days.
• Refund is made to the same payment method (credit card/bank).
• In case of partial use, refund is made after deducting the used period.

ARTICLE 9 — FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure situations such as natural disasters, war, strikes, technical infrastructure failures, and legal regulations. In such cases, the parties shall not be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations.

ARTICLE 10 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Arbitration Committee (within the determined monetary limits) and Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 11 — EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement enters into force upon order confirmation. The buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the agreement before completing the purchase.
