1. Parties

This service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TeknoWeb Teknoloji Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Service Provider") and the customer ("Client") who purchases services through wordpressdanismani.com.

2. Service Scopes

WordPress Hosting

  • Disk space, bandwidth, e-mail accounts as per selected package.
  • cPanel access for server management.

Domain Registration

  • Registration, renewal, and transfer services.
  • WHOIS privacy protection.

WordPress Maintenance

  • WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates.
  • Regular backups.
  • Security scanning and monitoring.
  • Performance monitoring.

Custom Development

  • Project scope defined in a separate project brief.
  • 2 revisions included per deliverable.
  • Delivery timeline as per the agreed project plan.

3. SLA Commitments

Uptime Guarantee

Hosting uptime: 99.9% (maximum 8.76 hours of downtime per year).

In case of SLA violation: proportional credit refund based on downtime duration.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
  • Invoice: issued at the beginning of each billing period.
  • Late payment interest: 2% per month.
  • 30+ days late: service may be suspended.

5. Term and Renewal

  • Initial term: monthly or annual depending on the package/service.
  • Automatic renewal: notification 30 days before the end date.
  • Cancellation: written notice at least 7 days before the end date.

6. Cancellation and Refund

  • Hosting: Proportional refund for the unused period (setup fee excluded).
  • Domain: No refund if registration has started.
  • Custom Development: Evaluated based on the scope of delivered work.
  • Maintenance Package: Service continues until the end of the current period.

7. Data Backup Responsibilities

  • Service Provider: Daily automatic backup (last 7 days).
  • Client: Taking own backups is the client's responsibility.
  • Restore from Backup: Free within maintenance package scope.

8. Confidentiality

Client data is not shared with third parties (except for legal obligations). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, technical infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, and legal regulations. Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations during force majeure events.

10. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Anatolian Courts shall have jurisdiction. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
