3. Membership and Account Security

3.1 Membership Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older to register.
• You are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must immediately report any unauthorized access to your account.
• We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for enhanced security.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Respecting the rights of other users.
• Fair use of hosting resources (fair use policy).
• Prohibition of spam, phishing, and illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The site design, logo, content, and software code belong to TeknoWeb. Copyright for custom themes/plugins developed for clients is specified in the contract. Open-source components are subject to their own licenses.

6. Service Delivery and Interruptions

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
• 99.9% uptime target (within SLA scope).
• Continuous access commitment except for force majeure situations.
• Proportional compensation in case of downtime (for hosting services).

7. Payment Terms

• All prices include VAT.
• Payment methods: credit card (iyzico/PayTR), bank transfer.
• Installment options available.
• Automatic renewal: hosting/domain packages with 30-day advance notice.
• Late payment: service may be suspended after 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided "as is".
• No liability is accepted for third-party service interruptions.
• Maximum compensation limit: total payments made in the last 12 months.
• Indirect damages are excluded from coverage.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• In case of terms violation: warning → suspension → termination.
• Illegal content: right to immediate suspension.
• Users can close their accounts at any time.
• Data backup period in case of termination: 30 days.

10. Changes

These terms may be changed with prior notice. Continuing to use the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Arbitration Committee and Istanbul Anatolian Courts shall have jurisdiction.
